Artists drawing dogs

Artists fascinate me. I can sketch about as well as the next person (perhaps a little worse) and I can colour-in things (when I have the patience). Sometimes I capture great moments with my camera – technically well anyway.

But there are actual incredible people who draw and have True Talent®. Some even use these super powers to create pet portraits and it is an incredible, beautiful thing. Some even specialize in Boston Terriers. Some really stand out.

I’m sure that many of you have come across the wonderful, whimsical artwork of Brian Rubenacker. He portrays Bostons with superheros and fanciful scenarios. One day soon I will get his “Bath Time“. Find him also on Instagram! So many of his creations are must-haves!

I also follow another artist who makes incredible pet portraits with coloured pencil – Lauren Heimbaugh at https://www.laurenspetraits.com/pet-portraits. Check our her portfolio!

Who are your favourite pet/boston artists?
