Mini-pancakes

I made pancakes again this weekend. 100% whole wheat and very little sugar. They are even better cold the next day as a breakfast on the go.

I make a batch with 2 cups flour and it makes about 10 in the mini-grill I used for my eggs every morning. The little bit of cinnamon and some margarine and syrup to taste. Yummy.
